About - Listen Up

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES -

1/ Listen Up is aimed at all 15-30 year olds in Preston and the North-West who are interested in the revival of British guitar music.

2/ It is concentrated on providing the people of Preston with a reliable source to which they can refer for news about local unsigned bands who have little other publicity and are otherwise hard to keep a track of if not directly involved with 'The Scene'.

3/ Promotion and advertising is of paramount importance within the music industry, Listen Up also wishes to provide a platform through which the more determined local bands can get their faces seen elsewhere and, hopefully, increase their chances of getting that all important break.

PRODUCTION -

1/ Listen Up is written and produced by Dan Jeoffroy, but welcomes any help from anyone who wishes to contribute.

2/ Listen Up is edited, written and designed in Dreamweaver MX and any external material used within the site will be noted and linked. Any webmaster or server unhappy with any of their material being used at all should email Listen Up North West and they will be promptly removed.
